Payment Methods
We want to make doing business with us as smooth as possible. Here are the payment methods that we accept for one-off purchases and subscriptions.
Credit and debit cards
The following credit and debit cards are accepted for payments made online:
- Mastercard
- Debit Mastercard
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- American Express
EFTPOS cards and prepaid/reloadable cards such as Prezzy cards are not accepted.
All our online card transactions are processed by Stripe.
Card processing fees
The following fees apply to all online card transactions in addition to the amount you are paying:

All processing fees must be paid by you. You can view and confirm the total amount including the processing fees before finalising your card payment online.
Bank transfer
You can pay by transferring to our business bank account. Our bank account details are included on all our invoices.
Ensure to include your invoice number and/or your Client ID in the reference of your transaction so that we can locate and apply your payment.
Processing fees
There is no processing fee for payments made to our bank account from a New Zealand bank account. Additionally, there are no fees when paying us in any of our foreign currency accounts, which are:
- AUD to our Australian foreign currency account.
- USD to our US foreign currency account.
- EUR to our EUR bank account in Germany (applies to the entire EU).
- HKD when paying us in our Hong Kong based foreign currency account.
- SGD when paying us in our Singapore based foreign currency account.
Payments from all other countries must be made in NZD and all incoming payment transactions incur NZD 15.00 fee. This fee is charged by our New Zealand bank and is passed on to the payer.
